The PROPL-OB platform is a boutique combat implementation which enables "Missile-Assisted Strategy" for the purposes of:

Obstruction of crude insurgency vehicular advance:

     * Ruin the enemy's logistics in Sedan-to-Van weight classes & Pick-up trucks by deploying the PROPELLED OBSTRUCTION  [Module Code: PROPL-OB]

     * Ideal for usage in seizing high volume caravans: Instantly destroy the confidence of crime by erecting an impassable field of titanium towers from the safety of a designated base.

     * NOTE: This PROPL module is only for use by authorized Military and Border Patrol Personnel. For urban scenarios, please use [PROPL-UTAC*]
